JUDGMENT:(per Hon’ble Sri Justice Ravi Nath Tilhari)
The respondent filed HMOP No.164 of 2005 in the court of the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Nellore and in the said O.P., she filed I.A.No.99 of 2006 under Section under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, for payment of maintenance and litigation expenses. The application was allowed in part on 24.04.2007 and challenging the same, the present appeal is filed by the husband.
2. No representation for the appellant.
3. The C.M.A. is dismissed in default. No order as to costs.
