Pursuant to the order dated 18-12-2002, today Mr.
Ghori, learned Assistant Government Pleader places on record the communication dated 18-12-2002 stating that the pension is already paid including the difference to record the communication dated 18-12-2002 stating that the pension is already paid including the difference to Smt. Shardaben H. Patel and he further states that Smt.
Shardaben has expired on 17-4-2001.
Mr. Parikh for the petitioner presses the matter for interest on the ground that the pension has not been paid in time. However, when the petitioner herself has expired and no sufficient material is produced on record, paid in time. However, when the petitioner herself has expired and no sufficient material is produced on record, hence such request cannot be considered and is rejected.
In that view matter since payment of pension is already made nothing survives in the matter. Hence the petition is disposed of as infructuous. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
