ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the first respondent in not considering the representation dated 19.04.2018 submitted by the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the first respondent to consider the representation dated 19.04.2018.

Though the learned counsel for the petitioners raised several contentions, it is unnecessary to delve upon those contentions to decide the truth or otherwise in these allegations, since the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition fairly stated that the respondents are ready to dispose of the representation dated 19.04.2018 submitted by the petitioner.

Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of this petitioner dated 19.04.2018 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within two months from today.

With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
