The respondent police are interfering with the civil disputes pertaining to the house bearing D.No.4/1-967/1A (Old D.No.7/355) along with site in an extent of Ac.0.02 cents vide D.No.849/1A of Anjaneya Nagar, Madakalavaripalli Village, Badvel Town, YSR Kadapa District and such action of the respondents was sought to be declared as illegal and arbitrary.

3. Learned Government Pleader for Home fairly conceded that they have nothing to do with the civil disputes pertaining to the immovable property i.e., house bearing D.No.4/1-967/1A (Old D.No.7/355) along with site in an extent of Ac.0.02 cents vide D.No.849/1A of Anjaneya Nagar, Madakalavaripalli Village, Badvel Town, YSR Kadapa District.

4. Recording the submission of learned Government Pleader for Home, the respondents are directed not to interfere with the civil disputes pertaining to the house bearing D.No.4/1-967/1A (Old D.No.7/355) along with site in an extent of Ac.0.02 cents vide D.No.849/1A of Anjaneya Nagar, Madakalavaripalli Village, Badvel Town, YSR Kadapa District.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
