ORDER:
The learned Government Pleader is present.
Ms N.Swarna Latha learned counsel representing Sri S.R.Sanku, learned counsel for the petitioners represented that the matter has become infructuous as the revision petitioner passed away in the year 2015.
In view of the above submission, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
