2. The Court made the followingORDER:
The instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short, “Cr.P.C.”) has been filed by the Petitioners/Accused No.5, seeking quashment of the proceedings against her in C.C.No.3647 of 2021 in Crime No.207 of 2021 of Gudipala Police Station, Chittoor District on the file of IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class Chittoor, Chittoor District.
2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of since the relief has become infructuous.
3. Ms. K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State/Respondent is in attendance.
4. In that view, the Criminal Petition is dismissed, since relief has become infructuous.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
