ORDER:
This revision petition is filed under Section 115 CPC agaorder dated 11.01.2024 passed in CFR No.134/2024 (un-nuE.A.No. of 2023) in E.P.No.377 of 2013 in O.S. No.892 of 2inst the mbered 009 by the Principal Junior Civil Judge’s Court, Guntur.
2. The proceedings in the execution petition got terminated by disposal on 31.01.2024 by passing the following order by the said Court.
“Delivery is recorded. E.P. is terminated.”
3. No representation for the petitioner.
4. Thus, in the light of the above circumstances, the relief sought in the present revision petition has become infructuous.
5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
