ORDER:
The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 20.10.2020 passed in E.P.No.01 of 2022 in L.A.No.173 of 2020 in O.S.No.3 of 2020 by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri.
2. At the time of hearing, Sri Returi Ashok, learned counsel for the Petitioner(s) submits that E.P.No.01 of 2022 was closed on 08.08.2022 and nothing survives for adjudication in this Revision. A copy of case status of the suit in e-Courts is also placed on record.
3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
