ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/Accused under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to quash FIR No.70 of dated 13.04.2015 registered before the Police Station, Prathipadu, East Godavari District.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the above crime was closed due to lack of evidence vide Proceedings, dated 30.09.2015, hence the present criminal petition has become infructuous.
Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
