ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 28.02.2020 passed in I.A.No.36 of 2020 in H.M.O.P.No.29 of 2019 by the Senior Civil Judge, Repalle.
2. As per the case status in e-Courts (CIS) furnished by the District Judiciary vide letter in Dis.No.6924/2024, dated 21.12.2024, the case in H.M.O.P.No.29 of 2019 was decreed without costs on 13.09.2024. In view of the same, no orders are required to be passed in this Revision.
3. The Civil Revision Petition is therefore dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
