ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 18.08.2022 passed in I.A.No.124 of 2021 in O.S.No.1339 of 2020 by the I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur.
2. At the time of hearing, Sri Dilip Jaya Ram, learned counsel for the Petitioner(s) submits that the suit in O.S.No.1339 of 2019 was dismissed as not pressed on 26.06.2023 and nothing survives for adjudication in this Revision. A copy of case status of the suit in e-Courts is also placed on record.
3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
