ORDER:
No representation for the Appellants when the matter is called today through video conference, in spite of posting the matter under the caption ‘for dismissal’.
On earlier occasion also i.e., on 25.11.2020, there was no representation for the appellants, hence, it was directed to be listed on 09.12.2020 under the caption ‘for dismissal’. When the matter was listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’ on 09.12.2020, there was no representation for the appellants. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default.
Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
