ORDER:
The instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short, “Cr.P.C.”) has been filed by the Petitioners/Accused No.1, seeking quashment of the proceedings against him in S.C.No.313 of 2022 on the file of Assistant Sessions Judge, Palamaner-cum-Senior Civil Judge, Palamaner.
2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of since the relief has become infructuous.
3. Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State/Respondent No.2 is in attendance.
4. In that view, the Criminal Petition is dismissed, since relief has become infructuous.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
