ORDER:
No representation for the petitioner today when the matter is called.
2. The petitioner is seeking appointment under compassionate terms and a direction to consider the application of the petitioner dated 10.10.2011.
3. This Court, vide order dated, 23.10.2013, directed the respondents No.1 to 3 to consider the application of the petitioner and dispose of the same, within four weeks.
4. The grievance of the petitioner in so far as consideration of his application dated 10.10.2011 is concerned, has been considered by the respondents No.1 to 3, as directed by this Court on 23.10.2013. The further cause in this writ petition would not survive, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the subsequent proceedings, if so advised.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
