Order:

There is nothing on record to show that the priority list prepared by respondent authority for disbursement of HBA

is to be overlooked while disbursing the amount and, therefore, in my view, the petition is premature and cannot be entertained at this stage. Of course, Mr. Parghi has not raised the contention in the petition but during the course of argument has submitted that except the petitioner no other person is belonging SC/ST and, therefore, while preparing priority list, petitioner's name should have been placed at the top of the list. If this is so, the petitioner is directed to make representation to the authority. It is hoped that the authority will look into the representation sympathetically and decide as expeditiously as possible and incorporate his name in priority list appropriate place, if available. Matter stands disposed of.
