HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR WRIT PETITION Nos. 9136 and 13820 of 2019

COMMON ORDER :

In both the Writ Petitions, after going through the pleadings, I am of the opinion that while exercising the jurisdiction of this Court, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, it is difficult to pass any positive order. Therefore, it would be better to dispose of both the Writ Petitions, granting liberty to avail appropriate remedy.

With the above observation, both the Writ Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
