Considering the facts and circumstances of the case; particularlyconsidering the fact that the offence is triable by the JMFC; and alsothe fact that the applicant is in detention since 17-9-2017, this Courtis inclined to release the applicant on bail. Accordingly, theapplication is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released onbail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with onesurety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He isdirected to appear before the trial Court on each and every dategiven by the said Court.
