This writ petition is filed ‘to declare the action of the 4[th] respondent in declining to make note in his records, the change in the correspondentship of Sri Magunta Kota Reddy High School, Indukurupeta, Indukurupeta Mandal, SP SR Nellore District-2[nd] respondent, as void ab-initio and a consequential direction was sought to note the change of the correspondentship of the 2[nd] petitioner school made vide intimation dated 27.02.2019.’
Vide proceedings dated 17.06.2019, the 4[th] respondent refused to consider the change of Correspondentship in respect of 2[nd] petitioner school. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, both the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, submitted that the interim orders passed by this Court on 05.07.2019 in IA No.1 of 2019 were implemented on 06.09.2019 and no further orders are necessary in this writ petition and the writ petition may be closed.
In view of the categorical statement made by both the counsel, this writ petition is closed. However, it is made clear that this order shall not prevent any other aggrieved person to challenge the same, if he is so advised. No order as to costs.
