The Court made the following Common Order:
On verifying the proceeding sheet, it is observed that, on earlier occasions i.e., on 03.12.2024 and 24.12.2024, none appeared for the petitioners. Today also, when the matters are taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioners either personally or through any advocate. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the cases.
2. Mr.Metta Chandrasekhar, learned Senior Counsel appeared on behalf of Mr.B.Somasekhar, learned counsel for the respondent(s) is present.
3. Hence, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
