ORDER:
Since the proceedings in the suit got terminated by disposal on 18.03.2024, whereas the present revision petition was filed against the order dated 10.11.2023 passed in I.A.No.572 of 2023 in O.S. No.765 of 2014 by the II Additional Senior Civil Judge’s Court, Guntur District, the relief sought in the present revision petition has become infructuous.
2. No representation for the petitioner.
3. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs.
