ORDER:-
When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner herein, petitioner submitted a representation on 25.11.2021 to all the respondents. It is further submitted by the learned counsel that despite the receipt of the same, no action has been taken so far.
On the other hand, it is submitted by Sri P.Subash, learned Government Pleader for Revenue that the Revenue Divisional Officer-2[nd] respondent herein will look into the representation and appropriate further action in accordance with law will be taken.
Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Revenue Divisional Officer-2[nd] respondent herein to verify the representation dated 25.11.2021 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
