ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 30.11.2022 passed in I.A.No.475 of 2020 in A.S.No.246 of 2015 by the III Additional District Judge, Guntur, Guntur District.
2. As per the case status in e-Courts (CIS) furnished by the District Judiciary vide letter in Dis.No.6924/2024, dated 21.12.2024, the appeal A.S.No.246 of 2015 was allowed on 09.10.2023. In view of the same, no orders are required to be passed in this Revision.
3. The Civil Revision Petition is therefore dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
