The Court made the following:
The present revision is filed against the order dt.17.06.2019 in E.P.No.52 of 2017 in N.O.S.No.241 of 2014, on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Kovur, Nellore District.
2. As can be seen from the information furnished by the District Judiciary that the N.O.S.No.241 of 2014, on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Kovur, Nellore District was disposed on 04.01.2023.
3. In view of the same, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the instant revision and accordingly the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
