-------------------------------------------------------------- CORAM : MR.JUSTICE S.K.KESHOTE Date of decision: 04/12/96
ORAL JUDGEMENT The matter was called out for hearing in the first round then in the second round in first sitting and in third round in second sitting, but none put appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
The learned counsel for the respondent contended that the grievance made by the petitioner in this Special Civil Application is squarely covered against him by the decision of Full bench of this court in the case of Songadh Group Gram Panchayat vs. Ramanlal reported in AIR 1984 (Guj) 140.
In view of the decision of the Full bench of this court, I am satisfied that nothing now remains to be decided in this Special Civil Application.
In the result, this Special Civil Application fails and the same is dismissed. Rule discharged.
Interim relief, if any, granted by this court stands vacated.
