ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 17.02.2021 passed in I.A.No.116 of 2020 in O.S.No.139 of 2017 by the Senior Civil Judge, Gurazala, Guntur District.
2. At the time of hearing, Sri S.Dilip Jaya Ram, learned counsel for the Petitioner(s) submits that the Suit in O.S.No.139 of 2017 was disposed of on 29.03.2023 and nothing survives for adjudication in this Revision. A copy of case status of the suit in e-Courts is also placed on record.
3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
