The present revision is filed against the order dt.03.04.2019 in I.A.No.76 of 2018 in O.P.No.36 of 2017, on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Dharmavaram, Ananthapuram District.
2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the original petition vide O.P.No.36 of 2017, on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Dharmavaram, Ananthapuram District, was allowed on 06.03.2023.
3. The said submission is placed on record. In view of the same, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the instant revision and accordingly the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
