JUDGMENT:(per Ravi Nath Tilhari, J)
C.M.A.No.1078 of 2006 was filed by the appellant-husband being aggrieved from the decree passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Tanuku for the restitution of conjugal rights on the petition of the respondent-wife in OP.No.44 of 2000 dated 08.03.2006.
2. C.M.A.No.1120 of 2006 was filed by the appellant- husband feeling aggrieved from the dismissal of his petition for divorce by the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Tanuku by an order dated 08.03.2006 in OP.No.51 of 2002.
3. No representation on either side. The matter is listed in the weekly list.
4. The matters pertains to the year 2006.
5. In view of the above, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are dismissed for default.
No order as to costs.
