ORDER :
The instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed by the Petitioner/Accused, seeking quashment of the order dated 15.09.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.659 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.258 of 2017 on the file of the Court of X Additional District and Sessions Judge, Machilipatnam.
2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the appeal was disposed of confirming the order of trial Court on 10.11.2022 and petition may be disposed of.
3. Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State/Respondent No.2 is in attendance.
4. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as relief has become infructuous.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
