This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of B.N.S.S.. is filed bythepetitioner/A2seekingtograntanticipatorybailinCrimeNo.252/2024of RIMSU/GPoliceStation,Y.S.R.KadapaDistrict,registered for the offences punishable under Sections[61(1),][ 336(3),]337, 340 and 319(2) read with 3(5) of the BNS.
2. HeardlearnedcounselforthepetitionerandthelearnedAssistant Public Prosecutor for the State.
3. Perusedtherecord.On03.09.2024,acaseinCrimeNo.252/2024 of RIMS U/G Police Station, Y.S.R. KadapaDistrict wasregistered for the offences punishable under Sections[61(1),][ 336(3),]337, 340 and 319(2) read with 3(5) of the BNS.Having[heard][ both]sides,itis seenthatall the offencesallegedare[punishable]withimprisonment of seven years and less than seven years.It is, in these circumstances, investigating Police are directed to comply[ with][ Section]35(3) of BNSS scrupulously and all the directions given[by][ the][ Hon’ble]■Supreme Court in the judgment in Arnesh Kumar Vs. State[of][ Bihar]and another^ and other related rulings.
4. With these observations, the Criminal Petition is disposed[of.]
