ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the public auction to be held dated 10.02.2021 during the pendency of set aside petition in I.A.(CFR) No.1963 of 2020 and further stay petition in O.S.No.365 of 2017 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Gurazala, Guntur District.
2. At the time of hearing, Sri T.Ramakoteswara Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner(s) submits that E.P.No.45 of 2017 was terminated on 05.08.2024 as the D.Hr counsel filed Full Satisfaction memo and nothing survives for adjudication in this Revision. A copy of case status of the suit in e-Courts is also placed on record.
3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
