Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

2. Both the learned counsels submitted that this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.28844 of 2024, dated 09.12.2024.

3. In terms of the same, this writ petition is also disposed of. In that view of the matter, the impugned order of penalty, dated 18.07.2024 and the subsequent notice of the demand, dated 18.07.2024 are set aside herewith. The show cause notice, dated 21.03.2024 shall be adjudicated after the disposal of the pending writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. The copy of the order in W.P.No.28844 of 2024, dated 09.12.2024 shall be appended to this order.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
