Present petition is filed on apprehension of being detainedunder PASA.
Office of the Government Pleader is served with advancecopy of the petition. Learned AGP Mr. Parikh has appeared andunder the written instructions from the learned District Magistrate,Dahod, has submitted that as on today, there is no proposal ofdetaining the petitioner under the PASA for these offences. Thesaid instructions is ordered to be taken on record.
In view of aforesaid statement, learned advocate Ms.Subhadra G. Patel appearing for the petitioner does not press thispetition at this stage.
Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of as notpressed at this stage.
