1. Heard Mr.Tejas Satta, learned advocate assisted by Mr.Popatji Solanki, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners and Ms.Manisha Lavkumar, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
2. Considering the reliefs prayed for by the petitioners in these petitions, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matters, the respondent authorities are hereby directed to consider the representations filed by the petitioners as early as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the order, in accordance with law and as per the prevailing policy of the State Government. While deciding the representations, the respondent authorities also consider the aspects of delay.
3. With the aforesaid observations and directions, all these petitions stand disposed of.
