8/09.01.2017No one appears for the petitioner. On 27.03.2015 also, none appeared for the petitioner and it was indicated therein that if the case is not prosecuted on the next date, the revision application shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution. On 11.11.2016 also none had appeared for the petitioner.
It seems that petitioner had lost interest in the case.
Accordingly, this case is dismissed for non-prosecution.
