ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:
a)To quash the notice dated 24.12.2024 issued by Respondent No.3 to hold the election for the post of the Adhyaksha-Upadhyaksha on 02.01.2025 at 11.00 am produced at Annexure-A. Respondent No.3 to hold the election for the post of the Adhyaksha-Upadhyaksha on 02.01.2025 at 11.00 am produced at Annexure-A.
b)To quash the declaration of the Respondent No.5 as winner from the general category produced at Annexure-C dated 23.12.2024. winner from the general category produced at Annexure-C dated 23.12.2024.
c)To grant such other relief as the Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case. deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case.
2. Learned AGA accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3.
Sri.Rakshith Kumar, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent No.5. Notice to respondent No.4 is dispensed with in view of the proposed order to be passed. with in view of the proposed order to be passed.
3. What is being challenged by the petitioner is the election of Respondent No.5 to the respondent No.4 – Society, the petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy.
