It was submitted on behalf of the State that in terms of the order passed by this Court, part payment has already been made and now the petitioner is to get a sum of Rs.1,53,877/- as a difference of pay on account of grant of 1[st] Time Bound Promotion and the period relates to 01.04.1981 to 30.09.1989 and 01.01.1986 to 03.12.1989 which in fact was sanctioned by the authority, but when the sanction order for payment of the said amount to the petitioner, was transmitted to Treasury Officer, Ranchi, he raised objection over it and sent back to the District Superintendent of Education, Ranchi who in turn forwarded it to the Director, Primary Education, Government of Jharkhand, Ranchi, who would be doing needful within a couple of days and, therefore, the matter be posted after two weeks.

Mr. Pan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that apart from the amount as aforesaid, certain amount payable towards Group Insurance for the period prior to May 1994 has still not been paid.

Upon it, Mr. R. Mukhopadhyay, learned S.C.II submits that he will see to it so that needful be done in this regard also.

As prayed for, on behalf of the State, list this case on 11[th ]July, 2013.
