This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 & 227 oft thConstitution of India, praying to quash the impugned ordervide dated 31/12/2008 passed byR1 as per Annexure-G.
This petition coming on for orders this day, the Courtdelivered the following;
ORDER
On 06-10-2009, a week’s time has been granted as a lastChance to comply with the office objections. Thereaiter, on19.11.2009 a week’s time has been granted to comply with theoffice objections. Inspite of that, office objections have notbeen complied with. However, in the interest of Justice, aweek's time is granted to comply with the office objections. Iithe objections are not complied within one week from today,the writ petition stands dismissed automatically withoutfurther reterence to the court.
