Perusal of the record reveals that this criminalmiscellaneous petition has been filed with a prayer for quashing theorder taking cognizance dated 04.06.2008 passed in C-513 of 2005whereby and whereunder the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1[st] Class,Garhwa took cognizance for offence punishable under Sections419/467/468/471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code against all theaccused persons and issued processes upon the accused persons.

It appears that this is a year old case. The petitioners havelost interest in this case. Hence, this criminal miscellaneous petition isdismissed for non-prosecution.
