1) Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the order dated 20th August, 2009 passed in W.P. (S) No.5142 of 2005, for non-compliance of which this contempt application has been preferred, has now been complied with at a belated stage.

2) Hence, the amount already deposited by the respondents before this Court, which is at Rs.4,40,000/-, is hereby permitted to be withdrawn by this applicant. Registrar General of this Court is directed to hand overthe aforesaid amount to this applicant by account payee cheque afterproper verification of the identity of the petitioner.

3) In view of the aforesaid submission, this contempt application isdismissed.

4) I.A. No.2891 of 2016 also stands disposed of accordingly.
