1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The present writ petition has been filed for thefollowing relief :- “for issuance of appropriate Writ/ Writs, order/order, direction/ directions commanding theRespondent No.2 i.e. Commissioner, SanthalParagana Division, Dumka to dispose of the Rev.Misc. Appeal No.57 of 2010-11 which has been filedby the Respondents No.6 to 8 against the order

dated 23.06.2010 passed by the Learned Court ofDeputy Commissioner, Dumka in R.M.A No.13 of1998-99 because already about 14 years have beenpassed but till date aforesaid Rev. Misc. AppealNo.57 of 2010-11 has not been disposed of whichcaused mental stress to the Petitioners who areRespondents in the aforesaid Rev. Misc. AppealNo.57 of 2010-11.”

3. Considering the nature of relief, no notice is required tobe issued upon the private respondents.

4. The only relief has been sought for that the Rev. Misc.Appeal No.57 of 2010-11 is pending and it has not beendisposed of till date.

5. In that view of the matter, the present writ petition is,hereby, disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to disposeof the pending Rev. Misc. Appeal No.57 of 2010-11, inaccordance with law, as early as possible, after giving dueopportunity to the parties to the proceeding.

6. With above direction, the present writ petition is,hereby, disposed of.

7. Pending interlocutory application, if any, also standsdisposed of.
