Bail application filed by petitioner Bhim Singh is moved by Sri Mohit Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner and nobody appears on behalf of State. Mr. Ashish Kumar is appearing on behalf of Informant.

This is a case under Sections 498-A,341,323,307,506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
