ORAL JUDGEMENT (Per: C.K.Thakkar,J.)

In this petition, legality and validity of the order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal on 15th of April, 1997 is challenged. A review application was filed before the Tribunal and the Tribunal rejected the same inter alia observing that though application was required to be filed within a period of 30 days, it was filed nearly after 7 months, without there being justifiable explanation, we do not see any reason to interfere with the same and reject this petition, however, without observing anything on merits.
