16/04.08.2015 In view of order dated 31.12.2013 passed by the General Manager (S & M), CCL, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the same by filing a fresh writ petition.

Prayer seeking withdrawal of the writ petition is Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge order dated 31.12.2013 by filing a fresh writ petition.
It is made clear that withdrawal of this writ petition would not cause prejudice to the petitioner as, this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. All the pleas which have been raised in the present writ petition shall be open to the petitioner to raise in subsequent writ petition.
Consequently, I.A. No. 2633 of 2015 and I.A. No. 3446 of 2014 also stand disposed of.
