IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI

Cont. Case (Civil) No. 439 of 2011

Anand Lal Sao …… Petitioner

Versus

The State of Jharkhand & Another ….

Opposite Parties

-------

CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE D.N. PATEL

For the Petitioner : Mr. J.P. Pandey, Advocate. For the State : J.C. to G.P.-I

---------

11/Dated: 21st December, 2012

1. Having heard counsel for both the sides and looking to the earlier order passed by this Court dated 7[th] November, 1996 in C.W.J.C. No. 2714 of 1995(R) and looking to paragraph no. 6 to the show cause, filed by the opposite party and also looking to the fact that after more than the period of approximately 15 years, this contempt petition has been preferred after the order dated 7[th] November, 1996 in earlier writ petition being C.W.J.C. No. 2714 of 1995(R), I see no reason to take any action under the Court of Contempt Act for the breach of the order passed by this Court.

2. There is no willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 7[th] November, 1996 in C.W.J.C. No. 2714 of 1995(R). Hence, this contempt petition is hereby, dismissed.

(D.N. Patel, J)
