This interlocutory application has been filed under Order XXII Rule 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure for substitution of legal heirs/representatives of respondent no. 1 namely, late Paro Bano.

It is submitted by the counsel for the appellant that the respondent no. 1 died on 24.07.2012 and her husband died on 24.08.2012. That the respondent no. 1 is survived by her legal heirs/representatives as mentioned in para-6 of the application.

In view of the submission of the counsel, let the names of legal heirs/representatives of deceased respondent no. 1, as mentioned in para-6 of the application be substituted on expunging of the name of respondent no. 1.
