The petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T.Case No. 103 of 2021, arising out of Kandra P.S. Case No. 03of 2021.

The wife of the informant was assaulted by thepetitioner with an axe resulting in her death.

Regard being had to the specific nature of allegationlevelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bailto the petitioner. The same is hereby rejected.
