The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sidhgora P.S. Case No. 109 of

2022.

It has been alleged that miscreants had entered into the cabin of the truck and looted cash, gold chain, ATM Card etc. to the tune of Rs.90,000/-. Looted Mobile and Rs.4700/-was recovered from the petitioner. No TIP has been held.

It appears that in similar circumstances, one of the co-accused has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 11521 of 2022. The petitioner is in custody since 21.07.2022.

Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1[st]class, Jamshedpur in connection with Sidhgora P.S. Case No. 109 of 2022.
