Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned APP appearing for the State.

Petitioner is an accused in connection with Bankmore (Bhuli) P.S. Case No. 154 of 2019, pending before the Court of learned CJM, Dhanbad.

Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected at that stage vide order dated 24.09.2019 passed in B.A. No. 8287 of 2019.

The petitioner appears to be in custody since 06.06.2019 on the allegation of recovery of one loaded country made pistol from his possession Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Bankmore (Bhuli) P.S. Case No. 154 of 2019.
