04/20.12.2019 Heard Ms. Talat Parween, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A. K. Toppo, learned A.P.P. for the State.

Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dhansar P.S. Case No. 119 of 2019.

The informant was waylaid by the miscreants and has snatched mobile and Rs. 3,000/-. The petitioner seems to have implicated on the confession of co-accused Doma Rawani @ Doma Kumar Rawani and he is in custody since06.10.2019.

Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1[st] Class, Dhanbad, in connection with Dhansar P.S. Case No. 119 of 2019.
