Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner named above has been made accused in connection with Chhipadohar P.S. Case No. 01 of 2023 (G.R. No. 139 of 2023, S.T. No. 142 of 2023) for the offence under Sections 414, 34 of Indian Penal Code, Section 25(1A), 26(2), 35, of Arms Act, Sections 25(6) & 25(7) of Arms Amendment Act and Section 17 of

C.L.A. Act, pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge-III, Latehar.

Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 05.07.2023 passed in B.A. No. 4211 of 2023. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is being renewed on the ground that the charge has been framed and one witness has been examined.

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

On perusal of the earlier order, it appears that the regular bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit and I do not find any change of circumstance for renewing his prayer for bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected again.

However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months. Thereafter the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
